1. Who we are, and what this is
Club Level (“Club Level”, “we”, “us”) is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY]. Club Level is a fantasy-football aggregation service: you connect the fantasy leagues you already play in on other platforms, and we bring them together on one screen with live scoring, standings, and chat.
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY]. By creating an account or using Club Level, you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [SUPPORT EMAIL]if you believe someone else has accessed it. One person per account; don't share logins.
3. Connecting your fantasy leagues
Club Level only retrieves league data when you instruct it to, by connecting a provider — currently Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, MyFantasyLeague, Fleaflicker, and Fantrax. When you connect one, you authorize us to access, retrieve, store, and periodically refresh the league data associated with the leagues you select: league settings and scoring rules, teams and rosters, matchups, transactions, and results.
Depending on the provider, connecting requires either an authorization you grant on that provider's own site (for example, Yahoo), a public username or league identifier, or credentials you give us directly. Where you give us credentials, we use them solely to fetch and update your league data on your behalf — never to act as you in any other way, and never to share with anyone else. You may disconnect a provider at any time in Settings.
You must have the right to access the leagues you connect. Don't connect leagues you aren't a member of, and don't use someone else's credentials.
4. We are not affiliated with the providers or the NFL
Club Level is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, Yahoo, ESPN, MyFantasyLeague, Fleaflicker, Fantrax, the National Football League, or any NFL team. All trademarks, team names, and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the leagues, teams, and players you follow.
Those providers control their own platforms and may change or restrict access at any time. If a provider changes how its data can be accessed, the affected part of Club Level may stop working, and we may have to remove support for it.
5. Scoring is ours, and it can be wrong
Club Level calculates fantasy scores independently, applying each league's scoring rules to live play data we license from a third-party statistics provider. We do not simply mirror the points your provider shows, so our numbers may differ from your league host's numbers — most often during live games, or if the underlying stat data is corrected.
Your league's official results are whatever your league host says they are. Club Level's scoring is provided for information only. Don't rely on it to settle league disputes, and don't rely on it for anything with money attached.
6. No wagering
Club Level is not a gambling service, a daily-fantasy contest operator, or a sportsbook. We don't accept wagers, run contests for prizes, or process contest entries. Don't use Club Level to operate or promote gambling, and don't use it in any way that would violate the laws that apply to you.
7. Chat and other things you post
Club Level includes chat, and may include question-and-answer sessions and other places where you can post. You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate the service — including in a live session and in any recording of that session.
Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or infringing; don't impersonate anyone; don't spam; and don't try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for violating this section.
Live sessions may be recorded, and recordings may remain available afterward. If you participate, assume it is recorded.
8. Availability, changes, and beta software
We're building actively. Features may change, break, or disappear, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may modify or discontinue any part of Club Level. Where a change materially reduces what you get, we'll make a reasonable effort to tell you.
9. Disclaimers and limits
Club Level is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that scoring, statistics, projections, or any other information is accurate, complete, or timely.
To the fullest extent the law allows, [LEGAL ENTITY] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from your reliance on scoring or other information. Our total liability for any claim relating to Club Level will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Ending it
You may stop using Club Level and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, licenses you granted for content you posted, disclaimers, limits, and governing law — survive termination.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we'll give notice in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Club Level after that means you accept the updated Terms.
